Coach session reflection Session strength (what worked)? What went well was how the coached athletes improved throughout the session and the information they understood/took from the session. The athletes showed that they took quite a bit from the session and with the questioning at the end they each described things they learned and understood with ease.
Session can be improved next time by… The session in my opinion could be improved with more numbers; more athletes available to coach, unfortunately only 2 players were available for the ideal time frame which meant some drills needed to be adapted however the session still ran smoothly.
